Am I missing something? Everything worked fine until I upgraded to RB 6.2.3.2. When I exit RB with a playlist loaded and then restart RB, nothing is in the playlist when RB starts. All I did was run the update and my playlist is blank every time I restart RB. I’m running into the same thing on other computers running the new version.

Have not seen this at all it can take some time to load them if they are large check usual suspects disk errors chkdsk or sfc /scanall and try again you can also save the settings in Radioboss go to Settings Menu>>Settings Back Up & Restore >> Bakup Settings
and create a backup it ight be missing this file :)

There were no changes in this version that could lead to such a behavior. There's an option that control deleting scheduled events. Please open Settings, General and enable the "Do not remove scheduled tracks from the playlist on exit".

Nevermind...found the issue. It turned out that I did not have an actual "playlist" loaded. What was showing in the playlist was a scheduled event playing a URL. If I saved that URL as a playlist and then scheduled an event to play the newly created "playlist", it then reloads and starts playing when RB is closed then reopened. Hopes this makes scents.

help me understand the following: if I manually load any specific playlist and reboot RB, this playlist is auto reloaded and starts playing after RB reboots (per settings). However, if I load this same specific playlist via the event scheduler, and reboot RB, the playlist will not auto load. This is the same with other playlists. It really appears that this began happening with version 6.2.3.2.

This is controlled by the option in Settings->General, "Do not delete scheduled events from the playlist" - you need to disable it.

I would like to resurrect this topic again, because something still doesn't appear to be right. Maybe I haven't explained the issue clear enough. This did not happen until I upgraded to RB 6.2.3.2. I have attached two screenshots. One is of my scheduled event configuration and the second is of my General Settings configuration. if you run the scheduled event and close RB down while the event is running, the playlist will be blank and nothing runs when RB reboots. This did not happen before I updated. In previous versions RB would reboot and start playing. Try it. I did find a work around and that would be to check the box “Insert as regular played tracks” in the scheduled event configuration then, if I rebooted RB, it would populate the playlist and start playing. But again, I never had to do that.

This does not reproduce here, scheduled tracks remain in the playlist after RadioBOSS is restarted.

There's one possibility for those tracks to be deleted: if all of them were played, they will be removed, but it's by design: played scheduled tracks are deleted. If you want them to remain, use the "Insert as regular playlist tracks" option.
