I'm not sure how they build their rating... The first one which is not even feature complete (e.g. it lacks encoding feature), and still in beta, takes the first place. And RadioBOSS - they've reviewed version 4.7 which was released in 2012

Yea, I think that RB is number one, even if it doesn't have "time syncronisation"

It doesn't have this feature because there are very few users who need it... It will be added eventually, but for now there are lots of more important things which have to be added.
