Regular 39 seconds connections to Shoutcast server

Hi

I experience the following type of entry in the ShoutCast V2 log file

2014-11-16 19:23:10	INFO	[DST 192.168.1.102 sid=1] SHOUTcast 1 client connection accepted. User-Agent: `Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/5.0)', UID: 5973
  ...
2014-11-16 19:23:49	INFO	[DST 192.168.1.102 sid=1] SHOUTcast 1 client connection closed (39 seconds) [Bytes: 207113] Agent: `Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/5.0)', UID: 5973

Is it RB that is connecting regularly ?  What is the purpose of that ?

RadioBOSS doesn't do it... It's something else connecting.
