Repeat track problem

I play a playlist in a random way
But the software chooses the same song for me every few minutes
How do you solve the problem?
I entered here:
playlist-track list repeat protection
And I gave there clicks on times
But it has no effect

If you enable "Shuffle" playback mode it does not take into account any repeat protection rules. it does make some (little) effort to not repeating tracks, but this does not guarantee anything. You should either use the Playlist Generator https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/using_playlist_generator_pro.htm or Track List https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/using_track_list.htm if you want to have control over track repeats and other things.
