It doesn't look like I am able to reset the play count of tracks, I select a track in the main window, use the hot key control+alt+P to reset play state, and control+shift+r to refresh, but nothing changes even after restarting radio boss? Am I not understanding this feature, if so I do I reset the play count of a track? Can this be done to all songs in a folder in such a way that all other information is preserved. Thanks.

To do this, use the library
Load the folder in the library, mark all songs where the playbacks should be deleted and right-click on them
At the bottom on track properties and there you can click on "clear playcount and last played" at the bottom left and then OK

Reset played state only changes the color of already played titles back to the color when they were not played, in my case from green back to white

for a single song you can use the tracktool and set the counter on the left side to 0
