Rotation problem on PLS

Hello,
I'm experiencing a rotation issue when switching between playlists during automatic playlist generation.

A song, "Buon vento - Jovanotti & Alfa" was scheduled for the end of the previous 24-hour playlist, around item number 700, and actually played around 12:29 AM.

At 12:28 AM, however, a new daily playlist was generated, and the same song was reinserted into the starting positions of the new playlist.
The new day's playlist is loaded/replaced in the main active playlist at 12:30 AM.

It seems that the scheduler only evaluates the "last song played" status at the end of playback, ignoring songs that are still active, in the queue, or already scheduled in the previous playlist at the time of generation.

This creates a false availability condition at the end of the playlist.

Is there some form of playlist/pre-roll rotation protection (e.g. queue-based or overlap-based separation) that can be enabled to prevent this type of duplication when switching between playlists?

The song was then broadcast at 10.50pm on May 28 (PLS 28-05), at 12.29am on May 29 (PLS 28-05) and at 12.35am on May 29 (PLS 29-05).
