Hi can Radio boss say the current time? like in Zarra, I think would be a great addition to your program if RadioBoss could do this.

Not yet, but it will be added in RB 4.8, as well as weather announcements.

Note, that program will only play files. You have to prepare the announcements yourself, eg. tracks for each hour, minute, and for weather too...
