Scheduled command in multiple deleted by new playlist

We had a multiple event setup to start a program then, when the program finished, it was meant to run a command to copy the program to a storage folder. During the program playout, a music playlist update took place and deleted the command! The scheduled playlist had the following setup:
Clear playlist YES Remove previous schedule from playlist NO. Enqueue tracks from schedule YES

How do I stop scheduled events that have been loaded into the playlist from being deleted in this way? This only seems to happen with events that have been pre-loaded via multiple.

You can enable "Insert as regular playlist tracks" option, this will prevent event from being deleted.
