Can some one explain to me how to set up two event on the same scheduler RB (one show stat at 4: pm on Saturday, and the other show stat on Friday at 8: pm.

You can create two different events for that.

On a scheduler program you have Sunday to Saturday programing and on time 24 Hour so if I have two show on the one Scheduler Events it can't not be don.

Can RB make Scheduler and Events high priority in the program

Why not? You can create different events that start different (or same) shows at different times.

You can control how the event is queued in its options.
