Setting cannot be changed – Is this a bug?

After updating to V7.2.1.8 (Standard), it is no longer possible to change the backgroundof the "Time & Weather" window.
Yet in the "Ultimate" version (V 7.2.1.2 [beta]), this was certainly still possible!
There is no option for this in the design window, either.
Is this a minor bug, or is it intended to be this way?

Settings > View > Style (Einstellungen > Ansicht > Design)

You can change the background by clicking on "Clock area"
