Setting up weather?

Hello,
Your documentation says to enter city and country. But, what do you do if there are multiple cities of the same name in your country? I live in the small town of Independence, Kansas. There is also an Independence Missouri, Independence, Kentucky, and who knows how many others? Can we also enter our state? Or can we enter a zip code instead? Might be the easiest way to make sure the program retrieves weather for the right place.

Ok, got it to update weather, but still not sure how to set up the exact way I want. If I use my prerecorded files, that should give me just the temperature at whatever time I have it play. If I go the tts route, assuming I can find a decent voice, I would like it to look something like this. The current temperature is ___, with winds of ___, and ___ humidity. The high for today is ___ and the overnight low is ___. Tomorrow the high will be ___. ___ indicates the value to be replaced. But I'm not sure exactly how to set that up, in this way.
