On Sigue Editor 3, is it possible to move song 2 behind song 1?

Or cut part of the beginning of song 2?

When I set the starting point in the track editor and moving "Song 2" in the Sigue Editor 3, this happens:

*move with mouse*

I think it's a limitation of the Sigue Editor 3, right?
