Is it possible to split the audio feed coming out of RadioBOSS? Sending one audio feed out to OBS and the second one out to a Shoutcast server? This would allow me to broadcast live to both Mixcloud [with video] and to my radio station website [Shoutcast-supported hosting - audio only].

RadioBOSS does not have video streaming capability, so in order to stream video you'd need to use 3rd party tools like OBS studio.
