Start track earlier feature

Here's a suggestion for a broadcast feature that may enable you to enhance the sweeper function. It is always preferable (and more elegant) to be able to "time out" a program exactly to the hour (rather than fading out filler tracks/sweepers all the time). I would like the following if possible:

Example: Scheduled program file finishes playing at 3 minutes before the hour; sweeper drops in to fill that time if possible, but if not, would it be possible to start, say, a filler track (or sweeper) that has a start track earlier feature programmed, but which stays muted until the scheduled program event finishes at 3 minutes before the hour, when the track fades in and plays right up to the hour. So the track would stop exactly at the programmed end time (on the hour). Could this work so that a folder of filler tracks (longer than 3 minutes for example) is used to enable this action as an option at the end of an event (selectable in the scheduler setup as "add a filler track to start silently earlier and finish at HH:MM:SS"). For consideration. It would be in effect the opposite of overlay event (underlay?)

This may be an option for sweepers - when it finds a sweeper longer than needed (e.g. 3 minutes before end of hour and sweeper is 3:30), essentially it will start a sweeper from calculated position (not from 0 second, in this example it'll be about 30 seconds) to make it end exactly when needed.
