Hello, we have a new password for our channel. After which I changed it the stream but the listeners are gone. There is a Shoutcast 1 stream.
Plaese help me!

Do you mean no one can connect to it or RadioBOSS does not show listener number?

Changing the server password does not affect listener number retrieval or listener ability to connect to stream - I suggest you to review what else changed in server configuration.

What version do you use? If it's RadioBOSS 5.6, please open statistics window, it will display you an error message instead of listener number in case it can't retrieve stats. From the error message it will be possible to understand what's wrong.

This means it can't retrieve stats using the password you use for broadcasting. In this case, you should specify another password (typically, server admin password) - it's configured in the Statistics tab in the encoder settings window.
