Text to Speech Reading Path to File

Hi,
I'm assuming I'm understanding the Text To Speech Window in the Announcement Scheduler that I can select a test file to read?
When I click the file to load - it doesn't seem to open the file but instead, reads the path to the file out loud.

Misunderstanding feature or wrong format or?
What Am I doing wrong

Thank you for the details, it appears to be a bug in the software, we'll fix it in the next update.
