Track List Operation - The best way to create and edit a Track List

Dmitry,

We are now using the Track List feature to rotate small numbers of adverts - with great success.

However, I just needed to change the contents of one of the Track Lists and I had some problems.

The track list that I created last week was:  Track_List_IGA_01.m3u

It has been running correctly for the past week and I needed to change two of the three audio files in it.  I did that and saved the m3u file after making the correction.

Then when I tested it - it seemed to play the previous audio files.

Can you tell me the correct procedure for editing content used in Track Lists ?

Can I not just edit the contents of the playlist that it calls and have the changes automatically take place ?

This is a known problem of Track List and will be addressed in 5.0.2.

Track List caches the playlist (or folder contents) for faster operation, but there's a bug, so cache is not always updated correctly.

Ah okay, that makes sense and explains why it "remembered" what was previously stored.
