It inserted the tracks and waited in our blue studio, but auto fired in our red studio.
I checked at 4:19pm and it didn't auto fire in the red studio despite all the settings being identical between the breaks.
This is not happening in the older version (7.0.4.0).

It inserted the tracks and waited in our blue studio, but auto fired in our red studio.
I checked at 4:19pm and it didn't auto fire in the red studio despite all the settings being identical between the breaks.
This is not happening in the older version (7.0.4.0).

Yes, 7.0.7 is where it happens, 7.0.4.0 it doesn't.
It is intermittent - the computers are identical and one studio will auto fire while the other doesn't. It went a whole day without issue and then two breaks in a row had the auto fire behaviour in one studio but the other one (and laptops) didn't do it. The settings in the file are the same as shown above.
It has happened in both studios though at different times, just not the same time usually.
I'm afraid there's nothing we can really do about it at this point (if an error doesn't reproduce and code review does not show anything, there's nothing to fix), I'm sorry, maybe you should wait for the next update to see how it performs.
You may also consider turning off the "Legacy" option and start the events manually when needed.

We've recently upgraded our systems to the latest version, and this bug has resurfaced. As mentioned above, it's inconsistent, but has no happened for a few days in a row at different times.
I have turned off the legacy option to see if that helps. Could you please remind me what that option enabled?

Sorry, update - I've had to turn that option back on as with it off, the ads wouldn't load in the playlist. It would count down to the event, but the playlist wouldn't populate with the ads - it just stayed blank. So I assume that is what the advanced option enables?
I've done some testing with running every event manually (using run now button), and it doesn't seem to produce the error. So it seems to be exclusive to the event loading based on a set time.
Also checked logs and you can see that the ads started the moment they were loaded, as the "Inserted 5 tracks from..." matches the time of the "Sponsor - Cyan Bar A" track playing. You can also see that earlier, the playlist was in a stopped state (3:18:35 PM)
