I am considering using either Accuweather or Open Weather API for local daily weather updates. Do either of these services provide limited free access? I am looking for a few hours a day of local weather updates. Which service will provide this?

If you use AccuWeather and do not input access key, it will be free for you because it'll use our own API key.
