Why don't the programmed voice track and voiceovers play at the same time?

I have a question, I have placed the recorded voiceover of the song artist and titled it in tracktool so that it plays with the song and everything is fine, then I decide to include voicetrak to the list so that an artist comment is made and I set the voicetrack to stop at the intro of the song subtracting the seconds of the voiceover of the song so that everything ends when the singing starts, then I realize that the voicetrack sounds until the intro but the voiceover of the song does not. If I delete the voicetrack then the voiceover sounds, I ask can't both sound? Or am I doing something wrong? I do the same process from the auto into and both work, but I don't know why it doesn't do it all the time if I place the auto intro it sounds at 100%. I would like to know a solution, thanks

Currently, the voice over will not be applied if there is a voice track, this is to avoid two voices potentially overlapping each other. For instance, in this situation:
Track1
Track2
VoiceTrack
Track3
Track4

Voiceover will be skipped for Track2 and Track3, and for VoiceTrack also if it was assigned there.
