Changes:
- Bug fixed: the silence detector did not work correctly in the "no sound card" mode
- Added a possibility to set the duration of playback for audio streams (the value is specified in minutes after a space, e.g. "https://stream/p.m3u 60")
- Changes in the program architecture: improved stability and decreased CPU load
- Added a possibility to disable visualization
