Why radiocaster does not support live streaming at 500 kbps using ogg Vorbis encoder??

Such a high biitrate does not make much sense for OGG files. What do you need it for?

AAC is considered to be "transparent" (that is, no quality loss in most cases) at 192 kbps, you can try using it. Or if you need loss free compression, consider using FLAC.
