Broadcast disconnects after a few seconds

Peace,
I have now bought the software.
I start playing files for broadcast, but there is audio only for 2-3 seconds, then the broadcast disconnects for a few minutes, and again you hear for a few seconds, and again disconnects.
I have an error message: [w2100] warning! title update failed (output 0)
I contacted the server company as listed here: https://www.djsoft.net/smf/index.php?topic=5299.0
But they say it has nothing to do with the server, and you need to check settings - the song / MP3 file may not have a TITLE tag or software settings should add it.
What am I supposed to do?

What streaming server do you use? It appears to be something wrong with it. You can adjust title sending to see if it fixes the problem: open encoder settings in RadioBOSS, Metadata tab, and either:
- switch encoding to use ANSI (some legacy servers do not unsertsand Unicode that RadioBOSS uses)
- if previous did not help, turn on the "Do not send metadata to the server" option
