Jingles Trunckated

Hello.. I don't know why but my jingles and files played via the cart wall are trunckated before the end, half a second before the end.. I have set all the crossfade to zero for all the filetypes... but jingles and cart wall still playing trunckated at the end.. I need help guys.

I tried to disable the gap killer, but the result is the same... attachments.

obviously I check it... I'm doing a live program with Zara Radio with no problems... I want to switch to RadioBoss because I prefer it.. the same files work well in Zara... and don't tell me now "So, you can use ZARA Radio"... I would like to fix the problem for use RadioBoss.

Mmmm it may work... but I have just try.. and I still have the problem.. I can't fix it..
I tried to reset at default, restart and than make changes again.. but the jingles are alway trunckated..

I would like to fix the problem for use RadioBoss.

The jingles you have attached play in full in RadioBOSS, so there's nothing to fix. Please see the settings posted by @patrick.de-bruyn - if you have a Jingle file type, you can disable crossfades for it.

Problem solved reinstalling RadioBoss in a clean way. Previously I totally uninstalled it from the system it with Orbit Uninstaller.
