Did you do anything with the DTMF signal?
We rebroadcast the news through Line in. It starts and ends with a DTMF signal. In the previous version everything was ok. We didn't touch anything, but after upgrade the signal is delayed about 1-2, or even 3 seconds (not sure).
In DTMF settings Delay is at 0 seconds.

The DTMF processing did not change in this version, at least, not directly. There are changes here and there, as with every update, but I don't see from where the delay could come. Are you sure that the audio source did not change?

The audio source did not changed. The delay appeared after upgrade to 6.0.6.
I have installed two RB. Home for testing, and on the radio. And the delay appears on both PC.
I'm not sure what's going on, will test for a while...

If you use linear input as a source, please try adding it to the playlist and play, is delay there?

When we broadcast over the internet everything is fine as it was before. If we broadcast over Line in then the sound is delayed by about 1 sec. Although in DTMF settings Delay event setup is 0 sec.
On the sound card I connected Line out and Line in so I can play the sound from the PC and listen through RB how long the delay is.

What do you mean "broadcast" - the event delay is not heard when you listen to your stream over the network, but is heard when you listen to it locally through speakers?

Yes there is a delay

We rebroadcast the news. There are two possibilities for broadcasting - via satellite (receiver) Line in, or via internet. There is no delay via internet, but there is a delay via Line in. More than in previous versions.

Although in DTMF settings Delay event is 0 sec. the first few seconds of the news is cut off and the end DTMF signal is heard. In previous versions it could not be heard on the air.

With WASAPI the delay is biger.
I'm sorry. The DTMF option with Line in signal is almost unusable.
It cuts the beginning and lengthens the end.
In 6.0.5 everything was OK so maybe you should check what you changed with the line in signal.

I downloaded version 6.0.3.1. It has the same settings as the latest version. In 6.0.3.1 DTMF > (Line in) Delay event startup is 2 sec. and fit perfect in the air. Neither the first nor the last DTMF signal is heard.
In the latest version DTMF > Delay event startup is 0 sec. and cuts the beginning and prolongs the end. So the last DTMF signal is heard. And another second or two after that.

I tested with the rollback versions. 6.0.5 can not download. But in 6.0.5.1 and in 6.0.5.5 there are no delays. It's fit perfectly.
In 6.0.6 the delay occurred (cuts the beginning and prolongs the end).

This is a mystery, because nothing was changed in this field between 6.0.5.5 and 6.0.6/6.0.6.2.

I do not know. I checked several times and always the same. Please check what it could be because DTMF is a good option but when it cuts the beginning 3-4 sec it's not really for use.

Diff between 6.0.5.5 and 6.0.6.1 does not show any changes in this feature. It's either some indirect effect of some other change somewhere, or some other mystery reason. We'll wait for now if any other users report it. The bug is currently assigned for version 6.1 to be checked in detail.

I checked the signal via Line in and both versions 6.0.5.5 and 6.0.6.2 have no delay. But if the option is to start with DTMF then 6.0.6.2 has a delay. I think there's something about the Delay event startup?
In 6.0.5 the Delay event startup is 2 sec. and everything is fine but in 6.0.6 the Delay event is 0 sec and there's a delay about 2-3 sec.
As if I should put -minus 2- to fit all again?

I just tested the signal via internet stream starting with DTMF and there is no problem between the old and new version. So the problem is only in Line in with DTMF.
