move the tracks within the playlist

Someone in my FB group asked
I can't move tracks in RadioBoss 6.1.0.5 , within the playlist. What is the reason for this?
what can I do about it

New Installation solved the Problem

Moving tracks in the playlsit should always work, there are two types of dragging: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/playlist_window2.htm
Probably older installation had very wide first column so any dragging operation was considered as dragging to the other playlist, not inside the playlist.

both was 6.1.0.5 version
I did not know that there are 2 ways to drag
