Ad Blocks
Hours: 06:00-22:00 Minutes: 0, 13 , 28 , 43 , 57 Seconds :5
Scheduled times: 06:00:05 , 06:13:05, 06:28:05 File names:1 Mon_06-57.m3u8
Ads Block = 2:00
The Scenario.
Example data:
Ads Scheduler Start Time: 16:57:05
News Will run at 17:00
Without any Ads, the News Jingle will start at 17:00. If the Ad Block is Empty, the news will start on time, of not, the news will move to start late.
When the scheduler plays Block 16_57, only at 16_57 is does not allow the presenter a chance to correct the times to tie in properly.

Is there a option to have the ads load 15min early, to enable the presenter to plan accordingly to have the news start exactly on the hour?
Alternative options that I have considered is to group adverts to have a hour block (5 ad block) grouped together, resulting in manual programming of all ads.
When the blocks are grouped, the playlist only opens when play should start, and does not allow time for planning between empty and full blocks

Thank you in advance.

This will not really work, because if the event is inserted in the playlist early, it will likely play early. You can sort the scheduled events by the "Run in" column to have the events that are supposed to start soon at the top. This way you'll know which one is supposed to start soon, and, probably, manually start it using the Run Now button (use the down arrow button on the right to set the option to prevent next automated event launch).
