When you run AdsScheduler.exe directly (not using the RB tools menu), when you click on Create playlists and events boton, the add event... and Create event.... options are disable, is this correct?, if yes.. why?
Obviously, when using AdsScheduler from RB, these options are enabled

When it's started from within RadioBOSS, it has a "connection" to it, so Ads Scheduler is able to transfer events to that RadioBOSS instance. When started directly, it doesn't know what instance of RadioBOSS it's supposed to work with.

The Remote option and a Radioboss API address are checked, is that not enough?

Those are different features. Ads Scheduler needs to be started from within RadioBOSS for export features to work.
