When adding a track or folder with tracks via playlist generator, we put random and start position at 1. But need clarification on what start position at 1 means. Also not sure what advance on each generation means. If random is selected are the latter two options necessary? Just want to make sure it's not always starting on same track each time the playlist is generated and also want to make sure that the advance on each generation is not overriding the random command. Thank you

Tracks are first loaded from the specified track sources, then sorted alphabetically (natural sorting).

Also not sure what advance on each generation means.

For instance, when the playlist was created, three tracks were taken from that category, that is, position = 4 (1 initial 3 tracks taken). Next time you generate a playlist with this template, it will start with position 4 - otherwise, with this option disabled, it will start at 1.

If random is selected are the latter two options necessary?

In case of Random those options are ignored.
