Auto Intro is a feature designed to play an intro before audio tracks. If you want to build a playlist with a certain structure, you should use the Playlist Generator: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/using_playlist_generator_pro.htm

This looks like what Voice Insert does - you can assign it in Track Tool. If you need it to be automated, then you can create additional Auto Intro rules that will insert intros at the position you need, e.g. 1-2 minutes from the start. But each song currently can have only one Auto Intro applied.
