Stream/podcast (any use of Add URL) volume control

What would be the recommended workflow to allow volume control to a network stream. We run Radioboss through a Wheatstone/Audioarts board. All input gains (for mics, CD players, turntables, phone) are balanced for the same volume (more or less) when the sliders are at the unity gain mark. All recorded content run through Radioboss is run through the track tool or other tools so that the result is consistent at unity. But I can't figure out a way to adjust the gain of the live stream without an operator riding the levels. Am I not seeing an obvious solution? I hope so...

If you need the same level change for all network streams, you can create a file type with a :// identifier and set its "Amp" value to change its level.
