Hi, I’m having a problem with RadioBOSS. Every time Windows updates, I have to reconfigure the playback and input settings—specifically, I have to set up my USB-connected mixer again. Is this normal?
It depends on the device, some devices after their driver is updated will change their device ID and/or name, and in those cases, RadioBOSS is unable to properly identify the device sometimes. When the device ID changes, RadioBOSS looks by device name but if the name is also not found, it's no longer tell what device was used.
One possible solution is to select the Default device in RadioBOSS, in this case it will always use the system's default device.
