From the error messages on screenshots, it looks like the server does not accept title updates. You can try changing the encoding in the encoder settings, on Metadata tab. You should also check the server logs to see why it doesn't accept the titles.
RadioCaster randomly throws the error: Device init error: No description (-1). Once this error appears, the audio waveform freezes and our broadcast stream stops. This happens almost every day. At present, we have to restart RadioCaster or even the entire computer to restore the broadcast stream, which is unacceptable for our non-stop broadcast service.

Thanks. I understand that the “Title update failed” messages may be related to metadata encoding or the streaming server.
However, our main issue is that RadioCaster periodically shows “Device init error: No description (-1)”. At the same time, the audio level meter freezes and the stream stops sending audio, while Jazler continues playing locally.
Could this error be related to the audio capture device or sound card initialization rather than metadata?

It means that RadioCaster had detected device failure; it did not cause that failure, and can't really do anything about it, except to try re-init the device. It does this once, and if that fails, the device is considered failed.
What you an try is to use a different sound device.
