Is it possible to upload custom icons for file types?

Also, is it possible to change the icon for music?

They already have a standard icon, it cannot be more clear that this is music

You can set the custom icon for the file types, as on your screenshot.

Music icon is fixed, however, you can set a custom icon for played/next/playing tracks (Settings > View > Style).
