It depends on what permissions users have. If there's at least one user with no "Music Library" permission, then direct launch will be prevented. If all users do have access, then it can be launched. Same for other modules (Playlist Generator, etc.).

RadioBOSS Cloud will play it to the end, it does not cut the stream itself. But the server may cut it for some reason (e.g. bot protection).

Can you please specify what is not working? This event will run every 3 hours. You can check the Logs section to see what actually happens at the times when the event is supposed to start.

I think you should be able to fix this by adjusting the font sizes/UI scale in Settings > View > Style.
