Mute is actually Mute Monitor - it only mutes the Monitor sound card and not the Main. Yes, this is in the dev queue for the next update. I'm not sure about the additional work zone naming, usually #1 is not named and other do, like they do with movies/games.

The streams can't be added to the library because it's for music tracks, and most features will not work for it. You can save the streams as playlists or scheduled events, or add them from cart wall as suggested above.

Looks like you have the Screen Reader mode enabled. You can disable it in View > Accessibility menu.

It supports the arrows up/down for smaller change, and page up/down for larger change when the slider is in focus.

Yes, this is the correct behavior. If the playlist file in the same folder tree as the files, only relative path is saved.
