Further to this, I discover that the music playcount updates work on a second PC, but not on the main broadcast PC.

I see it applies to any file type other than music. The problem relates only to any music tracks which do not update in the report. It is not possible to disable playcount for music entries.

Where do I find the option to disable playcount?
