aacPlus Streaming

Two things:

#1 - I'm a DJSoft.net customer running the latest version of RadioBoss over the Live365.com network. Do I have an aacPlus stream?

#2 - Within RadioBoss software, when a scheduled event moves into cue our live broadcast will jump (skip). Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? Possible causes? Please let us know.

1) RadioBOSS supports AAC+ streams. You should change the "Encoder type" to "AAC+" in the broadcasting encoder settings.

2) Have you tried the latest RadioBOSS version?

In reference to question #2, we are using RadioBoss version 4.5.1.800
Is there anything that can be done to prevent songs from jumping each time a scheduled event drops into the playlist tab?

Also, we just discovered when RadioBoss reboots, the Main Tab and a Temp Tab is present. If the Main Tab has music listed and the Temp Tab has music listed this can put a strain on our CPU and RAM. Correct?

Listen to our station for about an hour and each time you hear the music jump a scheduled event will play.

You should upgrade to the latest RadioBOSS 4.5.2.814. There were some critical issues fixed, and maybe it'll solve your problem too.
