I downloaded the demo yesterday and i'm looking for a written manual of Radio Boss. Does it exist?
Of not:
How do I add the album(tag)field to the shown songtitles? ???
And do I get these three items, artist, songtitle and albumtitle properly uploaded as a textfile?
Thanks for anwering. ;D
Best regards
Hank

Hello!

No, we have no user's manual available currently.

About song display, it's impossible to change it. Program only shows/saves to a text in one format "artist - title". This will be changed in the later versions.

Thank you!

Thank you for quick answer. To be quite honest I'm really surprised about the (good working) features in this RadioBoss software. The silence detector for instance is working very good and can be set to a very small timeframe!  ;D So my intention is to step over and buy it. However my listeners are currently used to see the album titles on one of the radio website pages. So you'll have a new customer when this small? ??? upgrade is done. Thanks again so far; Hank  ;)

Yes, this change is already planned for a next version. Release will be (approx.) at January, 15 2010.

About displaying album and other info on your site, this is already possible. You can setup an HTTP request in the settings (Log Files category), so it'll feed all the info about current track to your web site script. (for example, in the "URL" field you enter "http://www.example.com/info.php", and when the new track starts, RadioBOSS performs a request "http://www.example.com/info.php?artist=%s&title=%s&duration=%s&genre=%s&album=%s" - "%s" are replaced with actual data).

Also, if you need export info to the file, select the "XML" format instead of "TXT" - because XML file will contain all data from the tags.

Hope this helps.
