It basically selects files that meet the minimum and maximum duration values to overlay over the song's intro.
For example, you want the intro to be at least 5 seconds long, but no longer than 10 seconds.
Furthermore, if you check the box, it should only play over the music.

I have noticed that sometimes the autointro vocal track starts blank before the song when it is longer than the song's musical intro. So, do I just need to tick the box if I want to avoid this?
The duration filters are useful, for example, if the autointro lasts 5 seconds and you want to avoid it being played on songs with a 20-second intro. In this case, I can set a maximum intro of 6 seconds and a minimum intro of 5 seconds, for example, so that the track plays perfectly on a song with an intro lasting a maximum of 6 seconds.
