auto reconnect time not working

Hello,

i have posted a request that the autoreconnect function to a stream is not working correctly.  when i put a value to a shoutcast stream per example for 5 seconds reconnection happens after one second. So nobody is able to kick the AutoDJ and to connect himself. Older versions prior radio boss 5.2.x are not affected by this matter.

Please correct the function that the autoreconnect feature is working properly again.

A configuration option will be added to control this behavior. Planned for RadioBOSS 5.4.
