cannot broadcast - error 1

Please send an e-mail to support@djsoft.net with the settings you're using to broadcast so we'll check it here.
When the error is 'invalid password" it really means the password is invalid... there's no software which could connect to a server with a wrong password, RB is no exception.

Mistakes can happen, and the purpose of an error message is to tell what's wrong. The "wrong password" one is pretty easy to fix

Did you use the Configuration Wizard to setup an encoder and did you enter a username? The username should be empty if you use the radioboss.fm hosting.

finally got it working on my laptop, not sure why it wouldnt work on desktop, but otherwise working like a charm, so i guess I am your first voscast broadcaster
