Cant get radioBoss to stream to radioBoss.fm

Not sure whats wrong, here.  Just got trial of rb.fm.  I think i entered my details correct... tried both icecast and shoutcast, correct port and ip.  My welcome email specified /live as a mountpoint, but I see /stream in my dashboard (i have been trying both)

Cannot start broadcasting (output 2): Error -1 (No description)

It tries to go active, but cant keep going, just gives lots of these errors.

I am able to connect to my L365 account.

I've just tried to broadcast to your account "dcassidy" and it works fine. Thse settings I've used when adding an encoder:

Server type: Shoutcast v2
Server: s2.radioboss.fm
Port: 8199
Password: your "source password" from control panel

If it still does not connect, and you have antivirus installed - check its settings, most likely, that it blocks the connection.

What I had to do was delete the encoder and add a new one.  the wizard was not clearing out all the stuff from my previous attempts.

Yes, when you use the Wizard for existing encoder, it starts pre-filled with the data you already entered.
