When Meeting a News Bulletin on the Hour, How Do leave playlist cleanly with crashing out a particular Track. Will a Sweeper set with many variable Musical pieces be able be triggered in these case's ?

Think I know what he/she means.
Let's say you have 2 playlists. One is the Music playlist, the other is a News playlist that "fires" at the top of the hour and begins immediately.
It sounds kind of silly to have a verse in a song suddenly stop, sometimes in the middle of a word and another file immediately start playing. As in a recent example diring Elton John's Goodbye Yellow Brick Road - "you can't plant me in yoh KXXX, Siloam Springs, (News theme starts)"
The objective is to transition from an Audio File that's playing in one playlist, into a Scheduled Audio File, Stream or playlist, that is inserted and begins immediately without sounding like someone just threw a switch.
A smoother, more professional sounding transition, would fade the song over a few seconds when the news playlist started.
Been trying to figure out how to do this for a few weeks now and it may be there. Some of us are just having a problem getting it located.
