Commercial break, is being overlapped by the first commercial

The intro to the Commercial break, is being overlapped by the first commercial.
My Engineer went into the Crossfades setting, and made adjustments, but does not seem to be working.
The intro is in WAV format, and has a 3 second fadeout at the end of the track.
Please help, if possible

My Engineer went into the Crossfades setting, and made adjustments, but does not seem to be working.

There are no known issues regarding crossfade settings not being correctly applied, so I guess the problem is with the configuration. You need to set the Mix Point to zero or very low value to make tracks not overlap.
