crossfade on songs is great the jingles play over the last and into the next song but for the news intro and news is there a command so it doesn't cross fade cheers

Yes, you can define a special file type for news, jingles and other items you do not want to crossfade: http://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/using_different_types_of_files.htm
Then in Crossfades window you can set all fade in/out/mix to zeros.
