Different crossfade types

The topis says almost all. For now I see that the crossfades curve depends on the 'volume scale' settings, while I'd rather see its setting working independently (btw i can hear the 'steps' of current  volume fades while overlaying a playback when the fades are pretty fast, ie. 1 and reducing to 10 )

Speaking of types I mean those considered as 'common':
- linear (default, for compatibility)
- logarithmic
- exponential
- cosine/S-curve (a nice one!)

Possibility of setting it for each track individually or even in the segue editor would be AWESOME!

A nice idea! A global crossfading type setting will be added to control this, currently I'm not sure if we need an ability to assign this for individual tracks or file types.
