The only thing missing from the RadioBOSS Broadcast software is the ability to generate invoices; this is a problem we are facing that perhaps you could resolve.

The invoice sent to clients—detailing the number of spots aired and the corresponding charges—is something that RadioBOSS only generates as a report.

You mean the Ads Scheduler should create invoices? If so, this is planned for one of the future updates.
