How to make the sound equal all song in playlist

I have a lot off mp3 song got from the different location.
Some song low tone some song loud.
Can I set all song is equal tone?

Stereo Tool works best for me. Great sound. In the meantime, play with the EQ and compressor in the effects window. You can enable replay gain as well...sort of a hard limiter.
