I cannot load VST plugin

I receive an error mesage on RadioBOSS: "VST Bridge error".
I do not know why.
On the other computers no problem at all.
But on this PC is this persistent error.
I also run RadioCaster and RadioLogger.
RadioCaster has Compressor and EQ on.
